Clinic Info 101

Clinics are usually taught on weekends for a full 8-Hour Day. This class unleashes the power of Video-Review. The student not only hears what the instructor teaches, but SEES it as well! The forward stroke is the most used and least taught stroke in kayaking. Paddle more efficiently, avoid injury and avoid bad habits that cause further injury. Learn proper technique from the very beginning, or tune-up skills to gain more power per stroke.
